OpennMind is currently under development. Our website lets visitors learn about what we're building and join our waitlist for early access.

This policy applies to the OpennMind website and waitlist. It does not cover future platform features that haven't been released yet.

Information you provide

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We also automatically collect the IP address associated with your signup request and record the date and time of registration. If an IP address cannot be determined, the record says “IP not stored”.

We currently don't require you to create an account, set a password, provide payment information, or share your projects.

We use Baserow to store and manage email addresses, signup dates and times, and automatically collected IP addresses submitted through our waitlist.

Baserow provides the database infrastructure we use to handle these registrations.

Your information may be processed by Baserow and its authorized service providers to deliver and secure these services.

We aim to limit access to personal information to authorized people who need it to operate the waitlist.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no internet service can guarantee complete security.

5. Website Analytics and Cookies

We may use website analytics to understand how visitors find and interact with OpennMind when those tools are configured.

Analytics help us learn which pages people visit, understand general usage patterns, identify technical problems, and improve the website.

Depending on the analytics tools we use, some information may be collected through cookies or similar technologies.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep waitlist email addresses for as long as reasonably necessary to manage early access, communicate relevant launch information, and administer the waitlist.

Joining the waitlist does not automatically create an OpennMind platform account.

As OpennMind develops, we may update this Privacy Policy.

When we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

If a change significantly affects how we handle your information, we'll provide additional notice where required.
