Welcome to OpennMind!

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and joining our waitlist.

OpennMind is currently under development. Our website allows visitors to explore what we're building, learn about upcoming features, and register their interest in early access.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the website or join the waitlist.

2. About OpennMind

OpennMind is an upcoming platform designed to help people learn, build, test, and grow their ideas.

We're developing features including OpennMind Studio, Wiora, AI Agents, Academy, Labs, and Market Simulator.

These features are currently being developed and may change before release.

Information, designs, demonstrations, and descriptions shown on our website are intended to explain our plans. They don't guarantee that every feature will be included in the final product.

3. Joining the Waitlist

You can join the OpennMind waitlist by submitting your email address through our website.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide an email address you own or are authorized to use.
• Avoid submitting false or misleading information.
• Use the waitlist only for its intended purpose.
• Avoid automated, fraudulent, or duplicate registrations.

Joining the waitlist doesn't create an OpennMind account or guarantee immediate access to the platform.

We may manage access in stages as we prepare for launch.

4. Early Access and Availability

OpennMind has not officially launched.

We may invite waitlist members to try early versions of the platform when they're ready.

Early access may be limited, changed, delayed, or temporarily unavailable as we develop and test our services.

We can't guarantee a particular launch date, access date, or availability of specific features.

We'll do our best to communicate important updates to people who have joined the waitlist.

5. Free Pro Offer

We're currently offering eligible waitlist members one complimentary month of OpennMind Pro, one of our planned paid subscription tiers.

The offer is intended to thank people who join us before launch.

The following conditions apply:

• The offer is available to eligible people who join the waitlist during the promotional period.
• Each eligible person may redeem the offer once.
• The complimentary period is intended to last 30 consecutive days from activation.
• The offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Pro features, usage limits, and availability will depend on the version released at launch.
• Any additional eligibility conditions or redemption deadlines will be disclosed before activation.

The offer does not require payment simply to join the waitlist.

We will explain the activation process and any applicable conditions before the complimentary period begins.

Joining the waitlist does not authorize automatic paid subscriptions or charges.

If paid subscriptions become available, their pricing, renewal conditions, and cancellation rules will be explained separately before you purchase one.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the website or its systems.
• Submit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use bots or automated systems to abuse the waitlist.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

You may not falsely represent yourself as OpennMind or use our branding in a way that suggests an official partnership or endorsement without permission.

Some parts of our future products may be released as open source. When that happens, their individual licenses will explain how those materials can be used.

8. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome feedback, ideas, and suggestions about OpennMind.

If you voluntarily share feedback with us, you allow us to review and use it to improve our products and services without an obligation to compensate you.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you already hold in your submissions.

Please don't send confidential information or third party materials that you don't have permission to share.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and automatically collect your IP address and signup date and time to manage registrations, prevent misuse, and communicate relevant updates. If an IP address cannot be determined, we record “IP not stored”.

We use Baserow to store waitlist registrations, signup dates and times, and IP addresses. Website analytics may be used when configured to help understand site usage.

10. Third Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to services provided by other companies.

These may include website hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, and email delivery services.

We aren't responsible for independently operated websites or services outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Age Requirements

OpennMind welcomes people interested in learning, technology, and building ideas, including students.

However, you must be legally permitted to use the website and submit personal information under the laws applicable to you.

If parental or guardian consent is legally required, it must be obtained before joining the waitlist.

When changes are made, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect may indicate acceptance where legally permitted.

16. Ending Your Waitlist Participation

You can ask to leave the waitlist whenever you want.

Simply contact team@opennmind.com and request removal.

We may also remove registrations associated with abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

You can request deletion of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other laws that may apply.

Disputes will be handled through the courts or other legal processes with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
